How much does it cost to attend the Academia & God Forum?
There
is no charge to attend the forum; however, we do ask for
a donation ($3-$5) towards the cost of dinner.
2. Do I have to come to dinner
before the lecture begins or can I just come to hear the
lecture and for the breakout sessions.
You are welcome to attend whichever parts of the Academia
& God Forum as you would like.
3.I am not a graduate/doctoral student. Can I still attend?
Yes. everyone is invited and particularly those interested
in intellectual questions regarding Christianity. We expect
to have undergraduate students, graduate students, doctoral
candidates, professors, working professionals and others
attend.
4.
How can I support this event?
We welcome support at all levels, most importantly prayer.
We will need volunteers to help with setup, food service,
proving dessert, and cleanup. Please contact Lynn
Bryant or (706) 543-1442, ext 303.
5. Where can we park?
Parking is available in the church parking lot or across Hancock
Avenue in the other church parking lots.
6. Can I attend two different breakout sessions?
Yes, the schedule is setup to provide participants the opportunity
to attend the plenary lecture and two different breakout sessions.
7. Is childcare provided?
No, we will not have any childcare provisions for this event.
